Nightshift or Night Shift was a title for two popular songs. Nightshift by Commodores hit number 3 in 1985. Nightshift was a tribute to soul singer Marvin Gaye, who had been killed less than a year earlier. Nightshift was sung by long-time Commodores member and singer Clyde Orange, as Lionel Richie was no longer in the group. |
