Iko Iko was a remake of the 1965 near top 20 miss by The Dixie Cups. Although Iko Iko was the only top 20 song for The Belle Stars, the group had a few lesser known songs that received radio airplay. The song was from the movie Rain Man.

In 1974, Rock On was a number 4 hit for David Essex. This Michael Damian remake of the song was his only top 20 hit. His second most popular song was Was It Nothing At All, a top 30 song. Michael Damian was a long time actor in the TV show The Young And The Restless.
