Lynn Anderson
In 1989, I Beg Your Pardon, which borrowed heavily from Rose Garden, became a number 10 hit for Kon Kan. Although Rose Garden was the only top 20 hit for Lynn Anderson, she had a long string of songs that were popular on country stations, including her version of the number one song Top Of The World by Carpenters. Rose Garden was written by Joe South.
