Rage Against The Machine, sometimes referred to as RATM, was a rap metal group. Rage Against The Machine consisted of singer Zack de la Rocha, guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford, and drummer Brad Wilk. Rage Against The Machine had five number 2 rock songs. Song How I Could Just Kill A Man was previously a 1992 popular rap song by Cypress Hill before Rage Against The Machine made it a 2001 number 2 rock song. Song Killing In The Name was an underground tune in 1992, but received most airplay in 1996. Rage Against The Machine members, except Zack de la Rocha, later joined Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell, and formed the rock group Audioslave.
