Edward Bear was a rock and pop music group from Canada. Group name Edward Bear was taken from a character in the cartoon Winnie-The-Pooh. The greatest hit by Edward Bear was The Last Song, a 1973 number 2 hit, and a top 20 one hit wonder. Edward Bear also had some other moderately popular songs. Close Your Eyes was the follow-up to The Last Song and received the second most US airplay of the Edward Bear songs.
